Square foot garden update!

Above are some pictures from my square foot garden before and after the Pumpkins took over. Last year when I attempted to grow pumpkins they didn't get nearly the amount of sun that they are now and were very small. Pumpkins cannot be confined to a square foot! Luckily I left room next to them in the box and they are doing a great job of taking over my yard. A quick lesson on pumpkins, A male and female flower have to bloom at the same time and the male has to pollinate the female in order for a pumpkin to be created. I have been getting a ton of flowers so hopefully I'll get at least ONE pumpkin this year!

Everything is doing really well! I had my first salad with my very own Romaine lettuce! The tomatoes are getting buds. Over all its doing great! I am a very proud gardener!
